I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable queen bed. I also loved the location of the hotel, which was directly connected to a mall and very close to a mini market and some restaurants. It was also convenient for getting to the airport.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

This hotel had a great location, making it easy to access local attractions and transport links. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi and offered a comfortable night’s sleep.
The hotel lacked free parking and the air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. there was a limited supply of water and the breakfast could have offered a wider range of options.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel which was perfect for the festive season. the location of the hotel is unbeatable with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I also appreciate the comfortable and clean room that came with an array of amenities including cable TV and internet connection.
I was quite disappointed with the staff at the hotel who lacked professionalism and attention to detail. the bathroom was poorly designed and had a few plumbing issues.

The hotel had a great location in terms of proximity to the hospital and convenience stores, bus stops and restaurants were nearby. the room was decent and enough for a short stay. the refill station for water was an added advantage.
The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement, as some previous guests have reported animals in the room.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was close to all the places we wanted to go in this city. Whether you need to do some shopping or grab some street food, everything was just a stone's throw away. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially the girl at the front desk who gave us invaluable information about the area. The hotel facilities were surprisingly great for its size, especially the washroom which was well-maintained. Lastly, the hotel provided fast service, which was a big plus for short-term travelers like us.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
